  1. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  2. 1/4 cup sugar

  3. 3/4 teaspoon baking powder

  4. 1/3 cup milk

  5. 1 tablespoon cooking oil

  6. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

  7. 1/4 cup peanut butter

  8. 1/2 cup sugar

  9. 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

  10. 1 cup boiling water vanilla ice cream fudge ice cream topping

  11. 1/3 cup peanuts -- chopped

  1. Preparation : In a bowl combine flour, 1/4 cup sugar, and baking powder. Add milk, oil, and vanilla; stir until smooth. Stir in peanut butter. Pour into ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole. In the same mixing bowl stir together the 1/2 cup sugar and cocoa powder. Gradually stir in boiling water. Pour evenly over batter. Bake in a 400 degree oven about 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean. Serve warm with ice cream and fudge sauce, if desired. Top with peanuts.
