  1. 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef

  2. 2 cups uncooked macaroni

  3. 1/2 medium onion -- chopped

  4. 1 4 oz can sliced mushrooms -- drained

  5. 2 10 3/4 oz can condensed tomato soup

  6. salt and pepper

  1. In skillet, brown ground beef; drain well. Put into Crock-Pot. Cook macaroni according to package directions until barely tender; drain well. Add macaroni and remaining ingredients to Crock-Pot. Stir just enough to blend. Cover and cook on Low for 7 to 9 hours or on High for 3 to 4 hours. Serves 4 to 6
