  4. 2 1/2 cups milk

  5. 2 cups sugar

  6. 2 cups sourdough bread , cut into 1" cubes

  7. 1/2 cup pecans , chopped whiskey Sauce

  8. 1/2 cup sugar

  9. 1 stick butter

  10. 1/2 cup cream

  11. 1/4 cup Jack Daniels

  1. How to make it Bread Pudding Preheat oven to 325 With hand mixer, beat eggs Add butter, vanilla and milk Gradually add sugar and mix until sugar is dissolved Put bread cubes in bottom of a 9-inch baking dish Pour egg mixture over bread, making sure bread is fully saturated Sprinkle pecans over top and push them down into bread Bake 50-55 minutes Whiskey Sauce Put all ingredients in saucepan Stir over low heat until mixture reaches a low, rolling boil Keep warm Pour sauce over bread pudding when plated
