  3. 1/4 cup baby spinach or mâche

  4. 1/4 cup ice

  5. 3 tablespoons frozen wheatgrass juice thawed (such as Evergreen brand)

  6. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

  7. 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  8. 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds

  9. 1/2 teaspoon matcha tea powder

  10. Pinch fine sea salt
