  1. 1/3 cup popcorn kernels

  2. 1/8 cup SB Light Buttery Spread

  3. 2 tsp garlic powder

  4. 1 tsp salt

  5. 1 Tbs rice vinegar

  6. 1 Tbs reduced sodium soy sauce freshly ground black pepper to taste

  7. 2 Tbs nutritional yeast

  1. Description: This popcorn topping method results in a flavorful homemade popcorn that has a some punch. The nutritional yeast gives the popcorn a light, cheesy flavor, but it's delicious without as well. STEP 1: Pop popcorn kernels in an air popper and let cool in a large bowl. You'll be doing a lot of mixing, so the bowl needs to have some extra room. STEP 2: While the popcorn is cooling, melt the SB Light Buttery Spread in a small sauce pan, stirring constantly. Remove from heat when the spread is just melted so it does not burn. STEP 3: Drizzle about half of the melted butter over the popcorn. STEP 4: Sprinkle half of the garlic powder, salt and pepper over the popcorn and stir. STEP 5: Splash the rice vinegar and soy sauce over the popcorn and stir. STEP 6: Sprinkle nutritional yeast on top and stir again. STEP 7: Pour the remaining melted butter, garlic powder and salt over the popcorn and stir for the final time. Serve in individual bowls and enjoy with your favorite movie!
