  2. 2 (12-ounce) cans evaporated milk (or 3 cups heavy cream)

  3. 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

  4. 2 teaspoons lemon juice

  1. Combine strawberry pulp, evaporated milk, sugar, lemon juice and salt in large bowl. Pour into ice cream maker; freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
