  1. 150ml low-fat natural yoghurt

  2. 3 tablespoons tikka curry paste

  3. 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  4. 4 chicken breasts, cut into cubes

  5. 2 tablespoons oil

  6. 1 red pepper, chopped

  7. 1 green pepper, chopped

  8. 1 onion, chopped

  9. pitta breads to serve

  10. lettuce

  11. 2 tomatoes, diced

  12. 1 raw onion, sliced

  13. 150ml soured cream

  1. Mix the yoghurt, tikka paste and lemon juice. Add the chicken and coat well. Thread onto skewers, along with the peppers and chopped onion. Grill for 10 minutes on each side.

  2. Serve with pitta bread, lettuce, sliced raw onion, tomato and soured cream.
