In a glass cake pan, layer the following in order given:
1 layer lettuce , broken in small bite-size pieces
1 layer of Frozen baby pea s
1 layer of Celery , sliced and diced
2 T. onion , diced
1 layer Mayonnaise - spread to edges of pan
2 T. Sugar
1 layer Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 layer Bacon bits

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

Layer in order listed. Spread the mayonnaise to edges so what’s under it does not touch the cheese and bacon. Sprinkle sugar over mayonnaise. Let sit for at least 2 hours for sugar to dissolve into the mayonnaise.
Serve cold.
