  1. Double Strawberry Shake

  2. Serves 2 2 cups strawberries (fresh works best but frozen is fine)

  3. 1/2 c nonfat, 1% or soymilk

  4. 3 T strawberry preserves

  5. 3 ice cubes

  6. 2 scoops plain, vanilla, or strawberry soy protein powder

  7. Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend at high speed

  8. for about a minute (time will be longer if using frozen strawberries).

  9. Serve immediately.
