  1. 2 to 3 pounds turkey cutlets or chops

  2. 2 green bell peppers, or combination of red, yellow, and green, cut in strips

  3. 1 teaspoon celery salt

  4. Dash of pepper

  5. 1 to 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion, or 2 teaspoons dried minced onion

  6. 2 cups thick barbecue sauce

  1. Sprinkle turkey cutlets with salt and pepper. Bake in350 oven for 1 hour covered. Uncover for desired darkercolor. Meanwhile, combine barbecue sauce and celery salt in 5 quart slow cooker. Add greenpeppers and onions. Cover and cook on high while turkey is baking. Chopturkey (as desired in small to medium chunks) and add to slow cooker/Crock Pot. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours. Serve with fresh split rolls.
