  1. 1 3 oz. pkg. room temp. cream cheese

  2. 1/4 cup sour cream

  3. 1/2 cup grated swiss cheese

  4. 4 oz. finely diced corn beef (or use a glass jar of dried beef )

  5. 1/4 cup of sauerkraut

  6. 2-3 Tbsp. milk

  1. Lyn always doubles the recipe and you will be sorry if you don’t. Spray glass pie pan with non-stick spray. Combine all ingredients. If its too thick, add more milk. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min. or until hot and bubbly. Serve with Pepperidge Farm Pumpernickel bread sticks.
