  1. 3 cups milk

  2. 3/4 cup half-and-half

  3. 1/2 cup sugar

  4. 1/2 cup cocoa

  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  6. 1/3 cup bourbon marshmallow

  1. Combine milk and half-and-half in a medium saucepan; cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated (do not boil).

  2. Add sugar and cocoa, whisking until blended.

  3. Remove from heat; whisk in vanilla and bourbon.

  4. Pour into mugs; top with marshmallows, if desired. ?
