  1. 1 - 10 ounce can Mexican Diced Tomatoes with Lime Juice & Cilantro or use equivalent stewed tomatoes if you prefer a milder salsa

  2. 1/4 medium white onion, diced (more if you like)

  3. 1-2 cloves garlic, minced

  4. 1/2 to 1 can 4-ounce green chilies

  5. 1 Anaheim pepper (the large one)

  6. 1/3 cup washed fresh diced cilantro,discard stems(do not use the dried stuff!)

  7. 2 fresh limes, juiced Optional:

  8. 2 small fresh serrano peppers (1 small jalepeño for hotter salsa)
