1 lb. lean ground beef
1 large onion , chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c Bisquick
1 c milk
2 egg s

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

Heat oven to 400°F. Spray or grease 9" pie plate. Brown beef and onion; drain. Stir in salt. Spread in pie plate; sprinkle with cheese. In bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Pour into pie plate. Bake about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
