  1. Quick Pasta Primavera

  2. 16 oz bag frozen Italian-style vegetables

  3. 2 tablespoons cornstarch

  4. 1 1/2 cups vegetable broth

  5. 16 ounces spaghetti, cooked & drained

  6. 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  7. Steam or microwave the vegetables until just tender. Cover and set aside. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cornstarch with

  8. 1/4 cup of the broth. Stir until cornstarch dissolves. Add

  9. remaining broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, stirring constantly

  10. until thickened.

  11. In a large serving bowl, toss vegetables, sauce, pasta, and Parmesan

  12. cheese. Mix thoroughly and serve immediately.
