    1. 3 cups self-rising flour

    2. 1 teaspoon sugar

    3. 1/2 teaspoon salt

    4. 1 can beer -- room-temperature -- (10 oz)

    5. 2 eggs -- beaten

    6. 3/4 cup minced onion nonstick cooking spray

    1. Preparation : Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Pour into a lightly sprayed 9-inch loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
