  11. tsp 1 OIL FOR DEEP FRY

  12. 0 RED CHILLY POWDER

  13. tsp 1 SALT

  14. to taste SUGAR

  15. tsp 1 TURMARIC

  1. Take a pan add oil and heat it, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chopped onions, pinch of hing, turmeric, salt and saut this onions. In this add green peas, add chilly powder, garam masala powder, add sugar, amchur powder, and last add the boiled potatoes, and mix all of this, add chopped coriander and transfer this masala in to a plate, let it cool down.

  2. Take a bowl add all purpose flour and add salt, oil, make a soft dough, divide the dough into a equal portion, and spread it evenly, and take some mixture and stuff it and seal it, and flatten the kachori and drop it in to the oil in a slow flame, and deep fry the kachori in a golden color.
