  3. 1/4 cup light brown sugar

  7. 2 tbsp flour

  8. 4 extra-large egg s

  9. 2 large egg yolks

  10. 1/3 cup whipping cream

  11. 2 tsp vanilla

  12. 1 1/2 cups chopped Oreo cookies

  13. 2 cups sour cream

  1. Crust: Blend all ingredients . Place inside a 9-10 inch springform pan. Press onto the bottom and sides. Refrigerate crust until firm about 30 minutes. Filling: Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.Beat in 1¼ cups of sugar and flour until well blended. Beat in eggs and yolks until mixture is smooth. Stir in cream and one teaspoon of vanilla. Pour half the batter into the crust. Sprinkle with chopped oreos. Pour remaining batter over (smoothing with spatula). Bake 15 minutes at 425 F. Reduce oven temperature to 225 bake 50 minutes(cover top loosely with foil if browning to quickly). Increase oven temperature to 350F. Blend sour cream and remaining ¼ of cup sugar and remaining 1 tsp vanilla in a small bowl, spread over cake, bake 7 more minutes. Refrigerate immediately. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight.
