  1. 4 thick boneless pork loin chops

  2. 1/4 C. lemon juice

  3. 2 T. soy sauce

  4. 1 T. dry sherry

  5. 1/4 C. honey

  6. 2 cloves garlic, minced

  1. Combine marinade ingredients. Reserve a portion of marinade for basting; refrigerate. Pour balance of marinade over chops in a heavy plastic bag; seal. Refrigerate 4-24 hours. Remove chops from bag, saving marinade. Grill chops 12-15 min., turning once and basting occasionally with reserved marinade.
