  1. 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

  2. 1 medium onion or 125 g, chopped 3 cloves garlic, crushed

  3. 400 g minced beef

  4. 1 medium eggplant or 250 g, cut into large cubes 3 baby zucchini or 300 g, cut into large cubes 2 medium carrots or 300 g, cut into large fingers teaspoon ground black pepper teaspoon ground cinnamon teaspoon ground cumin teaspoon ground cardamom teaspoon ground cloves teaspoon ground coriander

  5. 2 medium tomatoes or 300 g, peeled and diced

  6. 2 tablespoons tomato paste cup coriander leaves or 35 g, chopped 2 cubes MAGGI® Chicken Bouillon

  7. 2 cups water or 500 ml

  1. Preparation Heat oil in a large sauce pan. Add onions and garlic and cook for 3-4 minutes or until it becomes yellow in color then add the minced beef. Cook for another 5 minutes. Add eggplant, baby zucchinis, carrots and spices. Stir then add tomatoes, tomato paste, coriander, MAGGI® Chicken Bouillon cubes and water. Bring to boil, simmer over low heat for 20-25 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
