  1. 2/3 tb Corn oil

  2. 1/3 lb Pork stew meat

  3. 1/8 c Flour

  4. 1/3 sm Onion, minced

  5. 1/3 tb Hungarian paprika

  6. 1/8 c Water

  7. 1/8 ts Caraway seed

  8. 1/3 ts Garlic, minced

  9. 1/8 ts Salt

  10. 1/3 cn VEG-ALL Mixed Vegetables,

  11. -drained (16 oz) 1/3 Bell pepper, diced

  12. 1/3 lg Tomato, diced

  13. 1/3 cn Beef broth (12 oz)

  14. Wide noodles or rice

  15. 1. Dredge meat in flour, then brown pork in hot oil in roasting pan in

  16. 400'F. oven for 15 minutes.

  17. 2. Add paprika and onion, water, caraway seed, garlic and salt.

  18. 3. Cover tightly and bake at 325'F. until meat is tender.

  19. 4. Add peppers, tomatoes, and stock. Simmer covered for 15 minutes.

  20. 5. Stir in VEG-ALL. Simmer covered for 15 minutes.

  21. 6. Serve with wide noodles or rice.
