  2. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Thinly sliced onion

  3. 3 tablespoons 45ml Slivered almonds

  4. 1 Curry powder - optional

  5. 1/4 cup 40g / 1.4oz Golden raisins

  6. 2 cups 320g / 11oz Hot cooked long grain rice

  1. Recipe Instructions In a saucepan, melt butter; add onion, almonds and curry powder. Cook until golden brown. Stir in raisins; heat until the raisins plump, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in rice. Serve immediately.
