  1. 1/4 lb Pitted prunes

  2. 5 Sour apples, peeled, cored, and quartered

  3. 1 c Breadcrumbs

  4. 1/2 ts Poultry seasoning

  5. Salt and freshly ground

  6. black pepper to taste

  1. Stew prunes.

  2. Cut stewed prunes into quarters.

  3. Cook apples in a very small amount of water until half done.

  4. Add prunes, breadcrumbs, and poultry seasoning.

  5. Season well with salt and pepper.

  6. Mix well.

  7. Cool before stuffing bird.
