  1. 28 oz 795g Plum tomatoes - drained and 1/3 cup 78ml Olive oil

  2. 1/4 cup 59ml White wine

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml White vinegar

  4. 3 Green onions - chopped

  5. 4 cups 372g / 13oz Garlic - minced

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Pepper

  8. 2 teaspoons 10ml Cilantro - minced

  9. 8 Chicken - breasts , skin re Ground pepper

  1. Recipe Instructions In large bowl combine all the ingredients for the sauce. Mix well, cover and refrigerate over night. Heat an outside grill and let the sauce come to room temp. Sprinkle the chicken with lime juice and with salt and pepper, as you like. Place on grill and cook for about 6 min per side or until brown. Brush the sauce on the chicken throughout the grilling and top each with more sauce when serving.
