    1. 2 large eggs

    2. 2 cups granulated sugar

    3. 1/2 teaspoon salt

    4. 2 teaspoon baking soda

    5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    6. 2 cups all-purpose flour

    7. 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple with juice

    8. 1 cup pecans Frosting:

    9. 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese

    10. 1/4 cup butter

    11. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

    12. 2 cups powdered sugar

    1. Combine eggs and sugar; add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake in 9 x 13 x 2-inch cake pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350 °F (175°C). For Frosting: Combine all ingredients and spread on cooled cake.
