  1. 4 Ice cubes

  2. 2 oz 56g Jamaican rum

  3. 1 oz 28g Coconut cream

  4. 4 oz 113g Pineapple juice

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Tabasco green pepper sauce

  6. 1 Pineapple slice - for garnish

  1. Place ice cubes in blender; add rest of ingredients. Blend until frothy.

  2. Serve in stemmed cocktail or tall, thin glass. Garnish with slice of pineapple.
