  1. 2 1/3 cups 552ml Vanilla protein powder

  2. 1 Unsweetened chocolate - (1 oz)

  3. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Butter

  4. 4 oz 113g Cream cheese

  5. 1 oz 28g Chopped walnuts

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Peanut butter

  8. 1/4 cup 59ml Splenda

  1. Melt butter, cream cheese, peanut butter and chocolate in bowl in microwave and mix together very well. Add splenda and vanilla, mix well again.

  2. Add walnuts and protein powder and mix. It will be difficult and messy to mix, you will have to use your hands near the end to knead it all together, squeezing so that the powder disolves into the mixture.

  3. Place in a baking pan, flatten and refrigerate. (Using a rectangular casserole dish works great here.) When cooled and hardened, cut into 8 bars.

  4. This recipe yields 8 bars; approximately 3.2 carb grams per bar.
