  5. 1 Angel food cake*

  6. 1 cn Sweetened Condensed Milk

  7. 1 c Cold water

  8. 1 pk Vanilla pudding mix**

  9. 1 ts Almond extract

  10. 2 c Whipping cream; whipped

  11. 1 pk Frozen sliced peaches

  12. Directions: Cut the cake into 1/2 inch slices; arrange

  13. half the slices on the bottom of a 13X9 inch baking

  14. dish. In a large mixer bowl, combine the sweetened

  15. condensed milk and the water; mix well. Add the

  16. pudding mix; beat well. Chill 5 minutes. Stir in the

  17. extract; fold in the whipped cream. Pour half the

  18. cream mixture over the cake slices; arrange half the

  19. peach slices on top. Repeat layering, ending with the

  20. peach slices. Chill 4 hours or until set. Cut into squares to serve. Refrigerate any leftovers... Note:

  21. Garnish with a few fresh peach slices if so desired...
