  1. 6 hard-cooked eggs, halved

  2. 1 pound shrimp, cooked, peeled, and deveined

  3. 3/4 cup heavy cream, whipped

  4. 3/4 cup mayonnaise salt and pepper to taste minced chives or dill

  1. Place the eggs, round side up, in a serving dish and garnish with shrimp. Fold the cream into the mayonnaise and correct seasoning with salt and pepper. Coat the eggs with the sauce and sprinkle the chives over all. Can be prepared the night before and refrigerated, covered.
