Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

    1. 1 lb ground beef

    2. 1 onion , chopped

    3. 2 cloves garlic , chopped

    4. 1 cup chopped mushroom s

    5. 1/2 tsp salt

    6. 1/4 tsp pepper

    7. 1 1/2 cups milk

    8. 3 egg s

    9. 3/4 cup baking mix (Bisquick)

    10. 2 tomato es, sliced

    11. 1 cup shredded cheese

    1. Cook ground beef with onions, garlic, and mushrooms; drain well. Add salt and pepper. Pour into greased pie plate. Combine milk, eggs and baking mix; beat until smooth. Pour over mixture. Bake for 25 mins at 400°. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer until cheese is melted and pie is set. Let cool 5 mins.
