  4. 3/4 Cup italian salad dressing

  5. 1 Cup spaghetti sauce -- warmed

  1. Preparation : Preheat broiler. Thread chicken, eggplans and onion alternately on 8 skewers through the skin of the eggplant so it won't fall apart. Baste each kebab with italian dressing. broil 7-9 minutes, turning halfway through cooking or until chicken is no longer pink inside. Transfew kebabs to serving platter; top with spaghetti sauce and serve immediatel
