  1. 1 bunch dandelion greens , washed, drained and trimmed

  2. 3 green onions, white and green parts, chopped

  3. 1 handful fresh dill

  4. 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

  5. 1/2 lemon, juiced Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
