  1. 1 C Pumpkin

  2. 1 1/4 C Sugar

  3. 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg

  4. 1/4 tsp. Ginger

  5. 1/2 tsp. Salt Vanilla Ice Cream

  6. 1 C Whipped Cream

  1. Let ice cream set out for a bit to soften up so you can spread. Line a baked and chilled or frozen 9“ pie shell with ice cream ½” deep, place in freezer Mix first 5 ingredients, fold in whipped cream or cool whip Pour on top of ice cream and return to freezer for at least 2 hrs. Remove ½ hr before serving
