  1. 75g butter

  2. 50g good quality chocolate (>60%)

  3. 125g light muscavado sugar

  4. 2 eggs

  5. 125g self-raising flour , seived

  6. 2tbsp milk

  7. 100g chocolate (milk/plain)

  8. 25g butter

  1. Yummy brownies Method 1. Preheat oven 170°C. Melt butter & choc in a bowl above boiling water. Beat in sugar & eggs. Gently stir in sieved flour, milk & essence. Pour mixture into tin and bake for 30 mins. Leave to cool.

  2. Topping: Melt butter and chocolate. Cool then spread over cake. Leave to set then sprinkle with icing sugar or decorate as you like.
