  1. Sweet and Sour Marinade

  2. Makes 4 servings

  3. 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth

  4. 1 tablespoon 1 teaspoon dark molasses

  5. 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

  6. 12 medium garlic cloves, minced

  7. 1 teaspoon Chinese sesame oil

  8. 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce

  9. 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

  10. In medium nonreactive bowl, whisk together broth, vinegar, garlic,

  11. soy sauce, molasses, oil and pepper flakes. Cover and refrigerate

  12. until ready to use, up to 1 day.

  13. Brush this Asian marinade on poultry, pork or vegetables as they

  14. grill.
