  1. 1 ts Chicken bouillon granules

  2. and cubed 2 Whole chicken breasts, boned

  3. 2 tb Oil

  4. 1/3 c. whole cashews

  5. mushrooms

  6. 1/4 c Cold water

  7. 1 jar sliced

  8. frozen peapods

  9. 1 tb Soy sauce

  10. 1 6 oz. package

  11. 1 inch pieces 1 tb Cornstarch

  12. 1/2 onion, cut cut diagonally

  13. 3/4 c Hot water

  14. 3/4 c. carrots, Hot cooked rice

  1. Dissolve granules in hot water.

  2. Stir cornstarch and soy sauce into cold water; set both mixtures aside.

  3. Stir fry chicken in oil till opaque.

  4. Add carrots and onion, stir fry 1 minute.

  5. Add bouillon, cover.

  6. Simmer over medium heat 3-4 minutes.

  7. Add pea pods, mushrooms and soy sauce mixture.

  8. Stir fry till it thickens.

  9. Stir in cashews.

  10. Serve over hot rice.
