  1. 3 lb Beef Chuck Roast

  2. 1/2c Chopped Celery

  3. 1 x Water

  4. 3 T Hot Taco Sauce

  5. 2 T Vinegar

  6. 1 ea Bay Leaf

  7. 1 t Dry Mustard

  8. 8 ea Hamburger Buns

  9. 1/2c Chopped onion

  10. 1/2c Chopped Green Pepper

  11. 1 1/2c Catsup

  12. 2 T Brown Sugar

  13. 2 ea Cloves Garlic, Minced

  14. 1 t Salt

  15. 1 t Chili Powder

  1. + Directions : Place meat, onion, celery and green pepper in Dutch oven; cover with water. Cover tightly and cook slowly 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until tender. Remove meat; cool, shred and return to cooking liquid. Add catsup, taco sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, garlic, bay leaf, salt, mustard and chili powder. Cook slowly 1 hour. Remove bay leaf; serve on buns.
