  1. Preparation : Slice enough fruit to cover the bottom of a casserole dish. Place fillets on top of the fruit slices. Place another layer of fruit slices on top of the fish. Squeeze the remaining fruit to produce 3/4 cup of juice. Pour juice over fish and fruit slices. If you've used lemons, sprinkle mint flakes over the top layer of lemon slices. Sprinkle ground cloves on top layer of orange slices. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes or until the fish is flak
