  3. Chopped cooked chicken

  4. Fresh bean curd

  5. Chicken stock

  1. Chill stock and remove fat from surface.

  2. Bring stock to boil.

  3. Add bean curd and chicken.

  4. Heat through.

  5. Sprinkle with coriander leaves Serve immediately while soup is still hot.
