  1. CAKE: In a medium saucepan bring to a boil, 1 cup water, 2 sticks of butter, 4 Tbsp. cocoa.In a medium bowl mix together 2 cups flour, 2 cups surgar, 1 tsp. baking soda. Add flour mixture to cocoa mixture. Add 1/2 cup sour cream and 2 eggs. Mix well. Bake in greased jelly roll pan for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.

  2. FROSTING: In a medium saucepan bring to boil 1 stick butter, 4 Tbsp. cocoa, 5 Tbsp. milk. Add 1 (16oz.) box powdered surgar, 1 tsp. vanilla. Spread on cake (While cake is hot or cold)Sprinkle chopped walnuts over top icing.
