  1. 1 Portabella mushroom caps

  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Olive oil

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Balsamic vinegar

  4. 1 Shallot - finely chopped

  5. 1 Garlic - finely chopped

  1. Recipe Instructions 1. Remove stems and wipe caps clean with a damp paper towel.

  2. Combine oil, vinegar, shallots and garlic.

  3. Turn mushrooms on their backs, with dark "gill" side up. Spoon dressing over gills.
