  1. 2 1/4 C heavy cream

  2. 2 ounces unsalted butter

  3. 6 toasted Frosted Brown Sugar Cinnamon Pop Tarts or S'mores Pop Tarts,

  1. Place chocolate in a large heat proof bowl.

  2. Heat cream and butter together to a simmer. Once simmering, pour cream mix over the chocolate.

  3. Let sit for 5 minutes.

  4. Stir together with a spatula until smooth.

  5. Let set under refrigeration.

  6. Scoop balls of chocolate with a small ice cream scoop. Roll balls between your hands to get them round.

  7. Roll the truffle centers in the crumbled Pop Tarts. Serve immediately.
