Barbequed Baby Back Ribs

    1. 1-2 racks of baby back rib s

    2. 1 t dijon mustard

    3. 1 t yellow mustard

    4. 1 t spicy brown mustard salt and pepper Barbeque Sauce ingredients:

    5. 6 T ketchup

    6. 4 T vinegar

    7. 2 T lemon juice

    8. 4 T worcestershire sauce

    9. 6 T brown sugar

    10. 3 T water

    11. 2 T butter

    12. 2 t salt

    13. 2 t yellow mustard

    14. 1 t paprika

    1. Salt and pepper ribs and rub with three mustards. Mix all ingredietns for the barbeque sauce in a saucepan and bring to a boil over med. heat. Simmer until thoroughly mixed and heated. Pour ½ c sauce over ribs. Bake in a 325° oven covered for 1 hour. Grill the ribs until browned on both sides basting with the remainder of the sauce.
