  2. 1 1/4 cup Pitted Ripe Olives; Sliced

  3. 1 cup Red Or Green Pepper; Chopped

  4. pounds Hard Salami; Cut Into Thin Strips

  5. pounds Provolone Cheese; Cut Into Strips

  6. 1 small Red Onon; Sliced Into Rings

  7. cup Parmesan Cheese; Grated

  8. cup Parsley; Finely Chopped

  9. cup Italian Dressing

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Combine olives, pepper, salami, Provolone cheese, onion, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and dressing in a large bowl. Add pasta and toss well. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
