  1. 2 c Flour

  2. 1 1/4 c Sugar

  3. 1 1/2 ts Baking powder

  4. 1/2 ts Soda

  5. 1 ts Salt

  6. 1 Egg

  7. 2 tb Cooking oil

  8. 3/4 c Apricot nectar

  9. 2 c Dried apricots, chopped

  10. 1/2 c Pecans, chopped

  1. Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, & salt.

  2. Add egg, oil, & apricot nectar & blend well.

  3. Add apricots & pecans.

  4. Put into greased loaf pan & bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour.

  5. Cool & slice.

  6. servings.
