  1. 1 tbsp olive oil

  2. 250 g radishes , halved

  3. 2 tbsp red wine vinegar

  4. handfuls blanched flaked almonds , toasted

  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and add the radishes.

  2. Pan fry for a couple of minutes then deglaze the pan with the vinegar.

  3. Stir through the almonds, season and serve.
