  1. 1 c Biscuit mix

  2. 1 Egg white

  3. 1/4c Sour cream

  4. 1 Egg yolk, beaten

  5. 1/4ts Celery seed

  6. 1/4ts Salt

  7. 1 tb Pimiento

  8. 1 tb Onion, green, slice

  9. 1 c Mushrooms, fresh, chopped Oil

  1. + Directions : In mixing bowl combine biscuit mix, mushrooms, onion, pimiento, salt, and celery seed. Mix together egg yolk and sour cream; stir into dry ingredients just till moistened. Beat egg white to stiff peaks. Gently fold beaten egg white into mushroom mixture. In heavy saucepan or electric deep-fat fryer heat oil to 37 5. Drop batter by tablespoon into hot oil. Fry about 2 minutes or till golden brown, turning once. Transfer to rack to drain. Serve hot.
