  1. 2 c. whole wheat flour

  2. 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  3. 1/2 tsp. salt

  4. 1/2 tsp. soda

  5. 1/3 c. oil or butter

  6. 1/4 c. buttermilk (milk with 1 tbsp. vinegar)

  7. 1/2 c. nuts

  8. 1/2 c. sunflower seeds

  9. 1/4 c. sesame seeds

  10. 1 tsp. vanilla

  11. 2/3 c. honey

  12. 2 eggs

  13. 3 mashed bananas

  14. 2 tbsp. yeast

  1. Mix oil, honey, and eggs. Add vanilla, buttermilk, and bananas. Mix in dry ingredients. Can use sour cream in place of buttermilk. Optional ingredients – wheat germ, coconut, orange peel. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
