  1. Low-Fat Quick Turkey Loaf

  2. 1/2 lbs. extra-lean ground turkey

  3. 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs

  4. 1 tbsp. soy sauce

  5. 1/4 cup low-sodium chicken or turkey stock

  6. 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

  7. fresh ground black pepper

  8. 1/2 tsp. thyme

  9. 1/2 tsp. marjoram

  10. 1/2 tsp. basil

  11. 1 tsp. dried parsley

  12. 1 large egg, or egg substitute to equal

  13. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Blend all the ingredients thoroughly

  14. in a mixing bowl and bake uncovered in a 9 X 5 X 3 -inch loaf pan

  15. 1 hour. Let stand for 10 minutes before servings. Makes

  16. servings, each slice 1 1/2 inches thick.
