  2. 3 cups 594g / 20oz Sugar

  3. 3 cups 187g / 6.6oz Flour

  4. 1 cup 237ml Milk

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Baking powder

  6. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Vanilla extract

  7. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Lemon extract

  8. 1 cup 198g / 7oz Butter

  1. Recipe Instructions Butter and flour pan well. Cream butter and sugar. Add extract then add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add milk and flour alternately. Bake at 300F in cold oven for 1 1/4 hours. Let pan cool well before taking cake out.
